DHL tracking to follow your DHL delivery

DHL courier tracking

When you book DHL with Parcel Monkey you will still be provided with a DHL tracking number and full DHL tracking, but for a much lower price. Many customers are looking to use a reliable courier with tracking so that both they and the recipient can keep up to date with the progress of the delivery, so Parcel Monkey supplies access to DHL courier tracking via our tracking tool, plus you can track directly with DHL using the tracking numbers on the shipping label. 

How do I get a DHL tracking number

DHL tracking numbers are provided at the time of booking so you can track packages directly with DHL on their website, or using the Parcel Monkey tracking tool. The PMS number will show a reflection of the DHL tracking so you can keep up to date with the progress of your package. We advise that you share the DHL tracking with the recipient so they too can monitor the delivery. The PMS number will always be available on your Parcel Monkey dashboard and the DHL tracking number on the labels, which you can check again via your Parcel Monkey account. 

You should always supply us with the recipient contact phone number in case DHL need to contact them regarding any delivery issue. 

DHL eCommerce tracking 

DHL eCommerce is a tracked mail service so will be scanned less frequently, so you may see scans at the sorting depots and upon delivery. DHL eCommerce packages need to be dropped off at any USPS Post Office and then they will deliver the package to a sorting facility in the USA where the package will be sorted and shipped internationally by DHL. 

DHL will then use the local postal operator overseas to make the final delivery but you will be kept up to date via the DHL eCommerce tracking. Status updates are minimal and there may be delays between scans as the package is processed to delivery. 

DHL Express Tracking

DHL Express services come with full tracking to delivery with regular scans on your item as you would expect from a premium delivery provider. The DHL shipment tracking will be frequently updated during delivery and if you want to track it directly with DHL they may request you provide the 'DHL waybill' number which you can find on the shipping label.
