I sent some documents, they went like in horrible way, I am resending one more time now because of customer call back

The package was transported to Colombia faster than expected. The delivery process through Colombia customs is just not as fast , unfortunately. The service was the best price available at the time. The service was great over all.

Quick enough. Tracking was accurate. Usually am a bit hesitant to use USPS, however they provided the best possible rate. It went smoothly.

Just one comment
My understanding was that the rate includes home delivery
But, when the item arrived to Ukraine, local Post Service called to the recepient and asked to pick the parcel up from the nearest post office
