Slow and Unfriendly Service in Pakistan

UPS in Pakistan is slow and unfriendly. My tracker show that the parcel was delivered and yet it has not.
UPS at Islamabad advised the receiver to contact a freight forwarder for custom clearance not knowing and not informing the receiver that the package was under 40lbs and should have been handled by the UPS themselves.
