No signature but paid extra for the service hmmm

It would have been 5stars but we paid extra for receiver signature requirement to ensure the recipient got the package. The package was just dropped off at door and no signature was taken. I feel like I should be refunded for the expense since it was not performed. I paid extra for nothing, and the package could have been stolen without ensuring the recipient signed for receiving the package.
Updated review to lesser stars because I received another invoice two weeks after the fact saying that weight and dimensions were wrong. That is for a fact wrong, I was very meticulous about measurements and weight in fact rounded up when needed to avoid additional charges, or problems with shipping. Disappointed ups would play that game to make a few extra bucks after shipping was completed.
