Great service

I am pleased with the service. Delivery was fast and the price could not be beat. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star rating is because the package was delivered to a local drop off point and not to the specific address that I shipped to. I did not know this ahead of time. The location was nearby and convenient, so it worked out well, it just added an unexpected task for someone who was in the process of an international move. Otherwise, great experience.

Good Service, no return next day option

Great service, but a few caveats. After I submitted my order, had no idea, but it triggered a pick up. So a little embarrassing when DHL showed up 5 hours later and I hadn't even printed my labels or completed packing the item.
DHL driver was 100% awesome even though the package wasn't ready (I read that I had to drop it off). He checked to make sure things looked good as far as what I was using to ship and gave me a label holder and couple other tips. So, kudos to them!
My daughter did somehow not hear the delivery team in London but paid customs and rescheduled on-line for next day. Unfortunately while the next day delivery was presented as an on-line option, the did not translate to the service, so she waited an additional day.
All-in-all, the 2-3 day delivery took 4 days, and deliver on the last day was delayed until the end of day. Notification to my daughter was prompt. Delivery staff where courteous on drop off as well.
