on time delivery; high customs fees

shipment arrived in the time it stated it would arrive, which was awesome! the customs fees were exorbitant ????

It's decent, but don't trust expected delivery times - they are highly optimistic (by about at least a week). Also - don't trust the initial quote given to you (as many already know). The quote is based on the tiniest box in the world, or maybe an envelope, and it doubles or triples once you enter the box dimensions. So... maybe work on that quoting software. Hint, hint.
