Very fast shipping. Dropped off on Thursday in Redwood City, California, and arrived in Hong Kong on the next Tuesday.

Disappointed with UPS, packages arrive later than the promised window

I've sent packages to Switzerland over the last 4 years, and have used Parcel Monkey for most of that shipping. UPS is not good with delivering by the promised date. My most recent shipment was a day over the promised "2 to 5" business days. The prior shipment was a week late. I do not understand why shipments that go from California are shipped to a warehouse in Kentucky (?), and then sit there for a few days, instead of being instantly sent overseas. Lastly, in my most recent shipment, the receiver requested that the package be delivered to a Kiosk. I was notified of this. However, UPS did NOT deliver to the kiosk, but to my son's home, where they left the package outside. I find this impossible to understand, since UPS notified me via text that the package would be delivered to the Kiosk - and then did not follow through to do this.

Ace service, affordable and speedy. I was able to track the shipment throughout. My package was delayed by customs but this is out of the control of the courier.
