I used Parcel Monkey to send a package to Israel and it could not have gone smoother. From printing the label, to the drop off and an on time delivery (actually a day earlier than stated). I would definitely use this service again.

Arrived on time, but few updates, and 2 and 3 days at a time with no progress showing.

I am very pleased that my package from Texas to Australia arrived in 7 days. However, tracking was not updated for 2 days on the front end, unlike a previous service with several updates during that time, and then once in Australia near the delivery date there were no updates for 3 days. Again, a previous service with Parcel Monkey kept me regularly updated.
