Great service at a busy time of year. My daughter was (briefly) out when the initial drop-off occurred but received the parcel next day. Good communication about shipping ... the only thing that may have been a little more helpful is to have provided a window of drop-off times on the actual day.
Excellent value for money! So much less than the other options I looked at. Recommended +++++

The package took longer than promised to arrive - it was 7 business days (9 actual days) between drop-off and delivery. Tracking information changed constantly, with no clear indication of when it would arrive. All that being said, it felt like a far more reliable solution than using USPS.

Everything was handled wonderfully and arrived in great condition. Thank you, as it is hard to stay connected to family when we're continents away from one another.
