Frustrating/Late Processing

If expedited means 12 days for delivery UPS has a true misconception.
The lack of updates, days of no new scans, changes in the scan history, incorrect time assignments to scans where do I start? Both sides of the Atlantic UPS staff need to get their acts together, more so the UK side.
