Scam Postage- surprise extra bill 1 month later

So a month later they bill me an extra $20.00. Now the package was exact weight when ups received it as reported to parcel monkey. Went to the same exact destination. So what you see on parcel monkey is not the price it costs to send, it is a estimation and they will bill you the remainder about a month later after package was sent at the cost they charged for shipping label. LOL
