Absolutely horrible!! The package showed up with the box wide open and the piece of furniture in side very damaged.

Stupid Pay Later is confusing, takes too long and requires a pointless UPS "please SPAM me" account

Stupid "pay later" on UPS was very confusing. I ended up ordering the shipment twice and it took about 10 times longer than it should have. The whole thing was just $7, I would have paid double not to have to deal with the irritation of the "pay later" nonesense. I want to pay NOW and I want to pay "QUICKLY" and I want it to be "EASY". I do not ever want to have to deal with the Pay Later BS again. It truly sucks. Also, I don't need an account with UPS, so that was also useless and irritating.
