Beware of Using Parcel Monkey!

Please beware before using Parcel Monkey! I shipped my package using the exact dimensions of my package and weight. The charges were $54 to ship, then a few days later I was charged an ADDITIONAL $183 because it was claimed that my package was 2" longer than I had described. I provided images with measuring tape proving that my package was the exact size that I had described and Parcel Monkey was not willing to try and help. Extremely poor customer service and would highly recommend NOT using Parcel Monkey. I will never use their services again.

I am MORE than delighted with the service I received from UPS. I mailed three large boxes and all three arrived to their final destination in great shape and within the allotted time. This will be my "go to" group when I need to ship again.
