Does not get much worse!

This is a horible option! I bought UPS service, I got UPS label, i dropped off at UPS, package was tracking with UPS from Colorado to California, and then suddenly UPS handed it over to USPS! Shipment is untrackable, Parcel Monkey customer service does not respond, UPS states tack via USPS, good luck with that! NOT ONCE, NOT IN A SINGLE location or description did it state that the shipment would be transferred to USPS, and now its days late and untraceable. Horrible!!!!
