Shipping 4 Days late, and may not get any satisfaction

I input sender/receiver information, but somehow address details got mixed up, and I didn’t notice it when I printed the label. So, I shipped the pkg Thursday, and it was shipped back to my house, for $42! There should be checks in your system to make sure the addresses make sense. At least, the cost should have been corrected for the 2 mile shipment.
I got on chat with a bot for an hour, and got nowhere. Bot told me to try again with a different shipping choice, but there were none available when I did this – only the original UPS Ground Saver. Bot told me they would get back to me in 24 hrs, but then later said no one worked on the weekend, so it would be Monday. So, I am shipping a package 4 days late, and may still be ripped off for $42. I am extremely dissatisfied. -
Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I told them to deliver it to the right address which was only 10 minutes from the address, the originally delivered to. But they shipped it back to my house instead. Horrible Customer, Service, Never, Again.
