Picked up on schedule, no issues with customs, paid duty exactly as I had calculated based on the UK gov website rates. Delivered within 2 working days, and paid a good % less than going direct. Would use DHL/Parcel Monkey again.

DHL showed up with no way to easily load a 225lb box. Typically the carrier should show up with a lift gate for these size items. The driver didn't seem to know anything about the parcel when he arrived. The package should be fully described to the drivers!

After a failed attempt by the US Postal Service, I put together another package for my daughter, and for $150, through Parcel Monkey, the 36.2 lb. package was delivered to her doorstep in 5 days, including a weekend and a missed delivery attempt. Amazing. They picked it up on my doorstep on a Thursday, the day after I scheduled the delivery; and by Monday, they had attempted a delivery at her doorstep. She was not available at the initial attempt for delivery. The following day they attempted delivery and were successful. I was so impressed. The only complaint is directed at foreign customs: be prepared for the delivery service handling your package to go through everything on this end of the process. In order to speed through customs, your package will be un-taped and combed over. Some roller-ball perfume and a $5 bill from my daughter's grandmother was removed from the package and returned to my doorstep from the mid-west US.

I was generally pleased with the service and my parcel actually arrived a few days sooner than expected.
My only problem was that I was instructed by parcel monkey to attach to the parcel a proforma invoice and a label. DHL came advised that both these should not be attach to the parcel and we had to other rip them off or issued new ones.
