Failed to create shipping labels

I placed a shipping order on a Thursday to be picked up on Friday but I didn't get the labels in time. You system moved the pickup date to Monday. By Sunday evening, I was still waiting for the labels. So I booked another carrier.
The carrier I booked with you showed up at my customers house on both Monday and Tuesday to pick up the package, but we never got labels. So you wasted their time too.
This was a total failure. I submitted requests to your online help and all I got was responses that they were working on it. No help at all. They didn't give me any reason for the delay or any work around to keep on schedule.
This was only the second package I shipped with Parcel Monkey. I don't see how you could win my trust back a this point.Parcel Monkey replied on 03/11/2017

I do apologise for the experience you have had.
As per checking one order has been delivered on 1st of November and the second order has been cancelled and refunded.

Superb service

Excellent service - DHL 5 stars as usual and I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Having the website in english - I live in France - was a big help.
