The delivery got held in the customs, and DHL asked the receipient to pay 15,46 EUR extra in order to receive the delivery. The recipient pays the amount however following the payment, she receives an invoice for the amount of only for 5 EUR instead of 15,46 EUR . The receipient request the invoice of the full amount (15,46 EUR) that they asked her to pay. Finally after so many calls, DHL agrees to pay her back for the amount that they didn't want to reflect on the invoice (basically they agreed that they asked an amount that they cannot justify).
