DHL driver arrived but my package was not ready. Calling to reschedule was painful at best. You get the typical runaround from personnel that were clueless, giving numbers that no longer works, etc.

Great experience. The whole process went seamlessly, the parcel was picked up on a Thursday and delivered overseas on Monday. Price was half the quotes I got from competitors. I am very satisfied!
