I have been waiting for my parcel since late July for a parcel booked on July 12th. Since July 29th the parcel has not been moved. It was taken to the distribution HUB and no one is willing to take it I think. This Parcel Monkey service takes the money and then abandons the parcel at the dock.

"7 to 16 business days delivery" They lied to me to get my money.
I have tried so hard to get a resolution but they are laughing at us all.
