Terribly slow and unreliable network for delivery

Shipped 8 boxes from the USA to Australia. 7 Boxes got out of the USA no problem, one was lost at airports for ages. When they arrived in Australia EMS handed it off to DAI Post who then handed it off to Gippsland Freight Express. Needless to say it has taken way longer than estimated for all but one of my boxes. I've called the delivery company and they keep saying it's onboard for delivery but every day it never turns up. I paid almost $2,000 in shipping and a month and a half later i still havnt got them. EMS needs to not use terrible services like DAI who clearly offload to the cheapest possible companies who simply don't even deliver the packages.
