Despite being designated as a gift item, each parcel received a tax or duty of the gift item I gave them, and that was clearly designated as a gift to a family member. This indicts the EMS did not properly execute the paperwork related to the package being a gift.

Worst shipping company ever

1st and last time I'm using this carrier.The shipping cost was cheaper than USPS, BUT this is what I was thinking to use to ship a package to my mom to Slovakia. It has just clouting/shoes for her and for a baby that should be born soon. The Value was around 255.00 which I understand there will be customs fee. The whole problem is that company didn't tell me that they will repack and re-label my package so I ended up with a package that got stuck in customs for almost 2WEEKS of calling EVERY single day to figure out what is wrong. Why because now it showed that it was shipped from a company and not from an individual. So the customs fee are higher then from a person. 20%!!! seriously!! I did contact customer service from parcel monkey and they just said it's not our fault. Explained everything to them they said they will look at it. Was waiting too long since 09/06 no answer.EXTRA 100.00 Euros for all stuff that was in the package.

Regret for the inconvenience. As we advised earlier the parcel was delivered to customer on 18th Aug, due to high value customs imposed the duty & Tax, which was not under our control and we do not change any details in the invoice as well.

Package is lost, no one can let me know, what to do next!

The parcel is in destination customs for inspection. Once it is released then it will out for delivery.
