File a Claim for shipment sent w month which has not been received

I will like to file a claim for this parcel I sent since last month which has not been delivered. The receiver has been to the pick up office and was told no such item or parcel was there. I later traced it back to up and I was told my parcel was delivered in Chicago. Imposing my paitent because it's over 2 months now .I will like a refunds for all items and logistics paid .highly disappointed
