Tracking number supplied only worked until parcel arrived at airport for transport outside the USA. Once there I had to ask about the new tracking number so I could follow the parcel to the final destination.

Package delivered and quick. However, unquoted what they told me to my customer, and then was hit with an extra $4.60 charge, which I can not collect.
