If i could give a ZERO for this service, I would.
I have used several shipping methods from several different companies and this is the worse i have seen yet. Shipping updates are very late and are not updated very often and the packages are sent VERY LATE. I sent my package out on the 3rd of Oct and it was still not delivered at the 24th of Oct. It said it would be there in 4 to 14 business days and today it is the 15th "business" day right now; not the actual time I shipped the item. I talked to a Representative for an accurate status of my shipment and they said it "should" arrive either this Friday or this coming Monday. This puts the day count at 17 or 18 "business" days, which is several days past the actual time it should take. I am not satisfied at all with this shipping method and I will not be using this service in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPING METHOD.Parcel Monkey replied on 28/01/2019

bull s**t. they lost my package. when i start to asking what happened with my pockage they responded about one month all the time tolling that we checking. and when they gave my confirmation about lost it was too late to claim reimburcement. !!! past 90 days. !!!!!!!
