Will never use them trash as a company.

This is ridiculous how long this has taken. I'm close to a mouth and it's still in transit. They say 4 to 12 days delivery time. I will never use this service again. Any one looking to ship look somewhere else. I'm an importer and exporter and ship weekly world wide and this is the longest I've had to wait.
The problem is that they are moving arose the US and not just shipping direct. I'm in Nevada and shipping to China. This normally would just move from NV to CA and then China. Now it's gone the opposite way and still parts of Europe. Save your self a headacheParcel Monkey replied on 29/03/2019

Never use this shipper 4 to 12 Day not 20+ day

4 to 12 Day my package as traveled all over and 15 days latter still not at the destination this is ridicules you should let people know that you just don't know when their package will arrive I ship all over the world this is the first time I see this much of a delivery time will never use this shipper.

Terrible Terrible Courier Service. I placed a shipment order on 3/8/19 via parcel monkey EMS service and I had paid $74.36.
First of all, I don’t understand why package is being deliver through Jersey post not EMS. Second, I’ve been tracking the package everyday and it still shows item on the way without ANY tracking details(Today is 3/22). I’ve contacted parcel monkey and they were only able to inform me item on the way which I can also find on the Jersey Post Track and Trace site.
