Horrible Experience: Customer Service Inadequate & Package Over A Month Late

I wanted to use ParcelMonkey due to the ease of sending a package and low rates. The low rate wasn't worth it, as my package still has not been delivered and is going on for over a month now. Package was shipped on April 24 and has been stalled several times. When I asked customer service for updates, they kept on telling me they would investigate the situation. It took 3 weeks for them to give me a solid answer and new time estimate which they also failed to meet. They don't have a phone number so you can't call and they provided me the wrong tracking number for EMS, so I can't use their systems or contact them on what's going on. Poor customer service and poor delivery is disgusting and disappointing.
I sent another package via Fedex and it has already arrived. I still don't know if my package will be delivered and I am afraid it is lost. AVOID SHIPPING WITH PARCELMONKEY AT ALL COSTS. PAY EXTRA TO MAKE SURE YOUR PACKAGE GETS THERE.Parcel Monkey replied on 08/06/2020
