Too slow parcel service

You have slow and Inefficent service. I will not use your seevice ever again. Too slow, its been almost 20 days and parcel PMSVRNGF are still in transit.

It takes 1 month to arrive (USA to Sweden), instead of the 5-7 days as stated (EMS). The price is slightly more than the USPS priority mail, which takes ~2 weeks to arrive. Not worth the money.

Arrived safely and in good shape, however, took a week longer than estimated (25days instead of 8-16d). Can only track through ParcelMonkey website (no EMS courier tracking number is provided) and tracking is fairly sparse -- making it difficult to figure out if there are problems. Definitely lower cost than other couriers, but comes with a bit more anxiety and delay.

Due to uncertain volume the destination country customs had back log to clear, which cause the delay in service and we dont have control on them.

Extraordinarily slow and very poor tracking.

Please note that the destination country had high volume and it was delayed by customs clearance due to backlog, which unavoidable.
