Good shipping but slower than expected.

I was kept informed but the shipment for 2 pounds from Nashville., Tennessee USA to Shenzhen took 45 days. The estimate was for less than half of that.

I shipped a package from USA to Taiwan using EMS with a rate for shipping time between 6 to 16 days. It was delivered to the destination within that period. I could track the whereabout of this package in the shipping rout. I am satisfied with EMS and Pacel Monky's service.

Very Slow Service

According to the information found on this site it would take 7 to 16 days to get to the destination. It took 2 days to reach the hub as expected through Ground FedEX. 2 days for Australia Post to deliver. 6 days the package was in the customs, where one doesn't have any control over. The package was at the hub in the US for 15 days. Therefore it took nearly one month to ship a package from Dallas to Melbourne. I wish I had sent it through Priority mail of US postal as the package would have reached on time.
However, I would like to give credits to the responses from Customer Service to the queries. The responses gave comfort to know that the package was not lost.

Packages always take interesting routes but make it to the destination in 16 days or so. Not bad considering the other option is by sea which takes 3 months.
