Bad Business & Bad customer service.

It's been over a month by now and the shipment never got delivered.
Customer support is useless, they just give you the run around with no help.
I will start a claim from my bank and claim the insurance as well.
Details:
This shipment was sent on 09/03/21.
Your service level agreement says up to 15 days.
It is 10/18/2021 which is more than double the time you promised.
Second:
Our partner is in China. They are getting all the shipments from other carriers including EMS, except the one we sent through you.Agent replied on 18/10/2021
Due to restriction in China there is less pace & less airlines are operating now. The parcel reached UK and waiting to connect destination. We will follow up and update you as well.
