Package was send on 28th of July and arrived 25th of August. That is 20 working days, not within 14 working days And when the 14 days exceeded I asked where my package was and you guys did not have a clue. You only know when it arrives somewhere, but when it is send from one location you don't seem to know where it is going. So if the receiving party never scanned the package it is lost.

Worst service

The worst worst service ever. Its been 8 days my parcel is stuck in one place i shipped from parcel monkey. I dont know why its stuck whether it is fault of parcel monkey or ems
