My package was delivered smoothly with a few hiccups. I did an international package from us to bangladesh. However, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it took 26 days until it got to the final destination and I had to constantly stay on top of tracking in order to make sure all the information was updated. There was a little delay towards the end because there was some redirecting/forwarding with the parcel and I had no way of contacting the courier or know what's going on in the other country. So, maybe having a direct contact with the courier when it reaches the delivery destination would be helpful next time.
