Charged me $34 after the fact, even though there was no error on my behalf and all shipping details were entered accurately. Parcel Monkey offered no help with customer service, seems AI generated or something.

I had never heard of EMS before and was concerned to send a package at first. Even though the tracking was limited, I was able to track via Parcel Monkey website. It took about 15 days for my package to arrive to Denmark. The price was reasonable and a great value. Happy customer here :)

Order never reached destination

My package was mailed in August. It has still not arrived at its destination and you have made no effort to assist me other than say you can’t control customs. That’s part of shipping. I will never use your service again.
No refund of my shipping, just silence.
UPDATE:
It’s now March of 2025 and after paying someone to get the package through customs the recipient never received the package. So, if you mail something through these people, don’t expect any help once it arrives in customs. That’s as far as they go! Not only did I pay these people for nothing, I lost the package I sent. ????The last I heard they were looking into it. It’s been an awful long look!Agent replied on 10/11/2024
Kindly note that the parcel has been hold by Nigeria customs and requeted receiver to conact them for document submittion, but the receiver not yet contact them. We have informed you and the receiver in chat to cotact for clearance. Kindly do the needful.
