extra charge for wrong listed size?

I don't understand why I was charged extra money for my package being "bigger than noted" when the box is a 14" x 14" x 14" which is what I noted it as and it is also written on the box itself. Not sure how it isn't a 14x14 box since it states that all over the box as its dimensions.

LOST PACKAGE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

August 2019 - LOST MY PACKAGE! I have been trying for 4 months to get information on where my package is. Parcel Monkey customer service is a joke. All you get are automated replies and canned answers. If you are lucky enough to "chat" with a real person, the answers are very vague. There is no option to call and talk to someone. I have asked for a phone number several times and to speak with a manager. My requests have gone unanswered. All I have been told is the package was being returned to sender, they don't know where it is, and they have contacted the carrier for more information. I would actually rate them 0 stars!

I think the service is better than OK. I gave 4 stars is because the package arrived later than I expected. I thought it would take 2 weeks, but it took about 3 weeks. If you are in the hurry, you may use another shipper which will cost more.

Do not use EMS Parcel Post!
My package had been lost and missing for many days by EMS Parcel Post.
It took too long time and late.
The EMS Parcel Post tracking information had been not updated by EMS, and the EMS had me worried for many days. In the end, I received the all tracking information and I was shocked to see that my package went many strange locations including different foreign country. I will not use the EMS Parcel post anymore.
I had such a bad experience with EMS Parcel Post, however the Parcel Monkey customer service was excellent. I will only use the Parcel Monkey shipping.
