Slow Delivery

Took a very long time to get delivered. Longer than stated. Package to be delivered to Japan, sat in U.S. for several days, and then went from U.S. to London where it sat for another 5 days. Then finally shipped to Japan and sat for 7 days. Will not use EMS through Parcel Monkey if I can help it. Very stressful waiting for updates to track package's slow trip across the globe.

The service was super: easy to drop box off at UPS, documented along the way through every stop, arrived in Europe within 10 days all intact.
