Poor service. Limited tracking details. Parcel lost in transit.

Parcel update was very limited. Item was sent to the other side of the world and then back before it was lost in transit.

I’ve used PM twice. Both times, the prices were substantially below other international rates.
My only suggestion would be to have more tracking updates. The ones that parcel monkey provides are good, but it would be better to have even more, especially for international packages. -

Shipped the package on June 19th headed to the Philippines, arrived in London on July 6th. Hasn't moved in over a month. My package's overall travel time is approaching two months . What the heck is happening? Judging by other people's reviews this courier just seems to be dropping all their packages in London and then leaving them there to rot. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an international mail service to look elsewhere.
