ALL RIGHT THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. WHERE HAS THIS PACKAGE BEEN SITTING SINCE 0CTOBER 28, 2020? THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND THIS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
YOU PEOPLE SAT ON THIS PACKAGE FOR 4 MONTHS. BECAUSE OF THIS THE CUSTOMER FILED A CHARGEBACK CLAIM WITH HIS CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND HAS ALREADY BEEN REFUNDED.
SO NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE THE CUSTOMER IN SWEDEN WILL GET THE PRODUCT FOR FREE.Parcel Monkey replied on 19/02/2021

I used this because shipping was cheap (for a 20lbs box overseas). The package was delivered, but it was slow and updates were not detailed. It stopped for me when my package was delivered at the warehouse, international updates were never given to me until I asked for them two weeks later.

Absolutely Criminal Behavior

I dropped my package off at my local UPS store on Nov 28th, for a guaranteed 7-16 day delivery from the courier. From Dec 7th the tracking never updated from "In Transit at GEPS Facility", and I asked for an update on Dec 28, giving them OVER the time for delivery and then some. When I asked for an update on my package, they responded "We will look into it." I did not hear from them from a week straight, and when I asked for an update they immediately claimed that it was lost. They then proceeded to say that "Gifts are not covered, your claim will be denied" when I asked for a refund for a complete failure to ship or deliver my INSURED package. I asked multiple times and received the same response with zero attempt to actually assist me. This is by far the absolute worst shipping service it has ever been my displeasure to use. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS use this courier, and PM will not assist you when they end up "losing" the package you ship.
