worst service ever

Super slow, it is now 17th business day and still not even in the right country :( and look at the reply, complete useless. not providing any info other than it is on the way, I kinda already new that, as it has been on the way for 18 business days now. when booking is was advertised 6-16 business days. don't use this service, and customer service provide no info.

The parcel departed from UK hub on 11th May and it is in transit to destination. Soon it will deliver to receiver.

Service was good. No issues
took a bit longer to arrive but that was ok. -

It’s sad you provide a tracking number but do not provide tracking details. I see why FedEx do not publicize the relationship as it would be embarrassing

Please note that Fedex was dropped the parcel to our warehouse in New Jersey, then the parcel scanned and departed from USA on 12th May. Here is the tracking ref# CA001034677JE to track in the link.

Too slow parcel shipment service

Where is this package?. Its been 20 days and tracking information say's that it stuck in Doha, Qatar. So, I will not use parcel monkey again.
