Price was great. Delivery time for an international parcel was fast.
A bit of a lack of communication. They need to at least inform you that the package was delivered. -

I will not use this service to send a laptop to Hong Kong again. Outrageously slow. Dropped it off at an UPS store near my condo building (Chicago, IL) back on December 12th. God only knows where it is now as it just says "en route" with Jersey Post (??) and no updates since December 23. I don't even know which countries it has been bounced around to! I used the UPS option in the past. That was OK. I would have used them again, but they don't take items with lithium batteries anymore i.e. like those inside a laptop. It shipped in a timely manner and timely updates were given, but with EMS Parcel, they use so many third-party options that it's confusion and it's like you are left in the dark where updates are concerned. It would be nice if my parents got the package in the New Year, but who knows?... Not recommended. Even with the reply below, still not recommended...

Apologies for the issue. As we checked and identified the parcel contain lithium batteries which is restricted. However we were dispatched after several discussions with airlines. Now it is in transit.

I used Parcel Monkey to send a box of goodies to Sydney, and the experience was excellent. The service was quick, straightforward, and very inexpensive compared to other options. Everything arrived without issue, and the process from booking to delivery was smooth. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again and recommend it to others looking for reliable international shipping.
