Instead of the other services I have been using, I used EMS Parcel Post service. It has now been a couple of months and my package is stuck in some “customs clearance” in which nobody is answering the phone.

Regret to inform you that we do not have control over customs, as we informed request receiver to reach nearest Philippines post office.

Cost-effective with a limited tracking level. Better if there were more transparency over different carriers steps.

Excellent! Half the price of USPS and other shippers and great with updates on the shipping process. Package was sent from San Diego to Australia, and got there in about three weeks. First experience with international shipping, but I will use them again!
